Applying RUP means for you as our client that even complex projects can be handled in a transparent way, as a predictable timetable and cost schedule are drawn up.
Developing software based on RUP is an iterative process which basically consists of the following steps
- modelling of business processes
- analysis of the requirements
- analysis and design (OOAD)
The analysis contains the recording of your demands in a specification. We work closely together with our clients in order to assure from the beginning onwards that the project will be realised according to your complete satisfaction and demands.
The next step, designing, is based on the analysis. It sees the creation of a system design for the software architecture which includes details for the technical realisation and which serves as a draft for the actual programming in e.g. C#, C++, C or Java.
This process is supported by project, configuration and change management and a corresponding infrastructure. In addition, we guarantee that all steps are easy to follow and offer risk management covering all stages of the development in order to respond to the increased complexity and the resulting error-rate of the software.
