Consulting process

Our consulting mandates usually proceed as follows:

1. non-binding initial consultation

Our initial meeting is non-binding; we talk about ideas, requirements and challenges. If possible, we exchange initial ideas and discuss them.

2. strategic embedding

Without strategic embedding, every further step will be unsuccessful. We talk about the big picture and ask questions so that we understand whether the framework for the mission is in place. Success is only possible if the management team clearly leads the initiative.

3. conception

The strategy is followed by a concept for support, consisting of workshops, guidance or support services. We discuss these proposals together and agree on a joint approach.
