  1. The implementation process begins with a fit/gap analysis. This involves analyzing the company’s processes and identifying potential gaps—that is, areas not covered by the solution. 
  2. Processes are documented and visualized, and potential adjustments are discussed.  
  3. Interfaces, such as those used in telematics (Spedion) or for communication with customers (EDI, etc.), are implemented or customized on a case-by-case basis.  
  4. Breakdown of the various areas into work packages, such as order creation, transportation planning, rates, and billing.
