 Unlike the standard software previously used—which was inconvenient, non-customizable, failed to meet security requirements, and was also cumbersome to use—OHB Digital Services has developed a tailor-made solution that fully addresses the customer’s needs. The entire process, from visitor registration to the issuance of badges, is secure and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.

The modern and intuitive user interface and interaction create a user experience that simplifies visitor tracking. It provides a clear overview of current and upcoming visitors using an easy-to-understand traffic-light system.

Greater security through integration with existing processes and single sign-on

By integrating with Active Directory, the system can be accessed via single sign-on (SSO), eliminating the need for multiple logins. This enhances security and reduces login time. By directly involving the security department in the development process, we created software that complies with current security requirements.
