In many agile software projects, we’ve challenged the client’s clear-cut ideas. We’ll certainly do the same in your project. This “challenging” isn’t an end in itself, but leads to better results. Agile software development: Methods like Scrum and Kanban immediately come to mind. But which agile method is the right one? Opinions are divided on this. For some, it’sScrum; for others, it’sKanban. And then, of course, it has to be done exactly as the Scrum Guide specifies.
We don’t see it that way, and we don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Sure, we rely heavily on Scrum too: short cycles, iterative processes, and small steps. But we’ve adapted Scrum to suit our needs. After all, the key to success is seeing ourselves as a team that develops products in close collaboration. That’s far more important than the choice of methodology.
