Warehousing

Warehousing was developed specifically for the logistics industry. A comprehensive range of numerous configuration options that can be easily adapted to individual warehouse management requirements. Forwarding

This is how we proceed when setting up at our customer's premises:

  1. A fit/gap analysis is carried out at the start of an implementation. This involves analyzing the company's processes and identifying potential gaps, i.e. areas that are not covered by the solution. 
  2. Processes are documented and visualized, and possible adjustments are discussed.  
  3. Interfaces, such as in the area of telematics (Spedion) or, for example, for communication with the customer (EDI etc.) are implemented or adapted individually.  
  4. Subdivision of the various areas into work packages, e.g. order creation, transport planning, tariffs, invoicing. 
  5. Introduction, setup and training together with the key users.
